TCSC short course on "Fundamentals for Corporate Secretaries"
From June 19 to June 21, 2018, the Thai Corporate Secretary Club (TCSC), together with the Stock Exchange of Thailand, opened a short course on the "Fundamentals of Corporate Secretaries" at the Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel. The course was designed for corporate secretaries who have less than 2 years of work experience. It aimed to them understand the fundamental roles and responsibilities of a corporate secretary, as well as provide them with knowledge about the laws and regulations on being a corporate secretary.
