The Thai Listed Companies Association together with IMD, Switzerland, has designed the TLCA Leadership Development Program (LDP) for top executives (C-level). This program intends to enhance the capability of Thai businesses to compete successfully regionally (within the ASEAN Economic Community - AEC) and beyond. Professor Bala Chakravarthy of IMD is the Program Director and Mr. Chanin Vongkusolkit, Advisor to the Chairman of the Thai Listed Companies Association, is the Program Advisor. Professor Dominique Turpin of IMD will partner with Professor Chakravarthy in delivering this program.

This highly interactive program will involve participants in intense discussions on how a firm’s strategy, organization and leadership need to change in order to enhance its competitiveness. This compact program has been carefully designed in close cooperation with the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA).
